Tell us about your bike

Journey with that motorcycle started in 2015. I've bought it, as a base for his first custom bike. Lived about getting deep in the motorcycle universe. When Yamaha from '82 arrived in garage, whole adventure started to grow around. Inspired by Maxwell and Hookie, he created his own vision, with his own sense of esthetics. There was an idea to create simple, classic construction, which fits into present urban spaces. Whole project is presenting mine sense of flavor as much as possible.

 

Bike is looking wide, and there is connection of classy and badass sphere. I got rebuild electric and lightning system. Harley's front lamp system has been installed in cover of Yankee Cliper from '30 Chevrolet. That's connected with Motogadget blinkers. At the front there are m.blaze discs and at the rear I've installed pins. Prism's stop light is the final point of the lamps system. All electric stuff is pending to Antigravity battery 8 cell. Triple tree is engraved with birth date of Yamaha. There is installed new breaking pump from Nissin, also Motogadged buttons, and Biltwell grips. Breaking servo is hided in triple tree. All of these are gathered at Tarorzzi clip-ons steering. Braking system is equipped with cables in steel braid. Whole frame, and also wheels have been painted in black. Adam left engine in original condition, just made it looks as fresh, as possible. The framework has been prepared, and It has lost some weight of unnecessary equipment as a main foot. The subframe has been customized, and I've created a new shape of seat. It has been covered with classy black leather. Under the seat there is hidden electric box, with battery and all electric stuff. Fuel tank also has been changed. There was a decision to get CB175 tank. After refreshing, I decided to leave it crude metal. To leave the identity of the motorcycle, all of it's life cycle, the tank has just been polished, not painted. Crude arrives again with velocity stacks. NGK ignition set is installed with iridium sparks. Engine stayed in original setup.Carburetors has been taken care, as they should be. They are cooperated with Velocity stacks and tuned together. At the other side there is exhaust with blue color arriving at steel, again to let his historic shine. Pipes have been cut. Inside there are installed dB-killers. As a bike for two people there was problem to solve with passenger foot pads, solve are BMX pads covered in black fabric tape.

 

From the concept time it had to look as old bike. Adam wanted to tune it as a older motorcycle, and let it have old-school flavor. This is why you’ll be able to find many crude elements. Minimalism has been there at all of the levels of creating that project. If it goes about riding experience. It is not a new sportbike, and my XS is not going to be that. That something rare, something what is making you fell about special. That's like experiencing some old power, which is alive and is able to give you glorious amount of happiness.
