A new build from November Customs if you head over to the website you can see just what’s been done
As you can see from the pics the bike doesn't look anything like how the original bike started out, please look/study the pics to see just what we've done as the pics also form part of the description. However I’ll try to list things we've done, new parts etc.
Starting at the front...
Forks shortened 2" with new seals and fluid
Powder coated wheels with new Firestone tyres
Polished switch gear
New billet aluminium headlight
Billet aluminium speedo mount with original clock
Custom billet aluminium spring shrouds made to show off the external springs on the forks. Springs are also powder coated
Powder coated yokes
The engine was taken apart, checked and was deemed to be fit and healthy
The outer casings powder coated
Engine rebuilt with new gaskets etc.
The expansion chambers are from a racing MZ but work really well with this engine and with foam filters once set up on a dyno the bike is producing 21bhp! We have the dyno print out to prove this too.
Original tank customised with knee indents
We commissioned the paintwork professionally and really shines with the black looking a mile deep. A billet aluminium cover was made for the original petrol cap.
The frame has had all extraneous brackets removed powder coated gloss black to match the wheels and casings etc.
The battery is lithium is situated under the tail piece.
A 2 stroke oil tank was made for this bike that mounts between the frame rails
You can see this in the pics with the clear sight tube showing the level
The shocks are brand new and shorter than standard which mounts onto a 2" longer swinging arm, a bespoke brake torque arm was also made to suit the new arm.
Bespoke billet chain guard &billet chain adjusters.
Any questions or if you'd like to see the bike before purchase please don't hesitate to ask. We can deliver the bike within Mainland UK.
