One fo the last true custom motorcycles to leave the workshop of Battistinis Custom Cycles in Bournemouth . This motorcycle was designed and fabricated from the ground up. Utilising only the best components, seamlessly working together with parts manufactured exclusivley for this bike.
As you can see this motorcycle is built to the highest spec and all overs should take that into consideration. Over 400 hours have been put into this build which makes it a one of a kind motorcycle, you will never see another one the same.
Battistinis are known throughout the world as creaters of some of the best built motorcycles money can buy.
This bike is totally unique and unlike any other you may have come across.
Below is a basic specification but I can supply a full list of parts used for serious enquireies.
First registered in August 2012 but hardly used hence my decision to sell.
Less than 1500 miles!
Engine is a 107 cu in by ULTIMA. 4 inch Bore x 4.25 inch stroke, so not too lumpy! Comlpletely stripped, soda blasted and rebuilt to enhance the look of the bike.
25mm offset primary, this keeps the engine central in the frame, so balance is great. Takes left and right hand corners easily!
Custom exhausts, ceraminc coated.
Gearbox is a 6 speed Baker.
2 inch Open Belt Primary.
Frame is a heavily modified DAYTEC unit, swinging arm had to be narrowed and lengthened, to accommodate the 20 inch rear wheel. Rides very smoothly due to long wheelbase.
Low level Oil Tank had the filler swapped to RHS for easier access.
Forks are OHLINS 43mm Upside Down Units. Probably the best if there field.
Custom Fork Trees.
Adjustable rear Shock Absorbers.
Brakes are Performance Machine, differential bore 4 pot matched pair on front and internal 4 pot on rear.
Handlebar Controls, Clutch and Brakes, by Performance Machine.
Wheels are German BIG SPOKE. 23 inch front with Avon Cobra 130/60 tyre and 20 inch rear with Avon Cobra 220/50. Not too wide on the rear so goes around corners well.
Moto Gadget Speedo/Rev Counter built in to custom Handlebars.
Internal Throttle assembly. No visible cables!
Grip Ace switches built into LHS Grip. No buttons or wires on show! Very cool.
Front Turn Signals are wrapped around front forks. Hardly visible until switched on.
Rear turn signals and brake lights are integrated into high level tubes adjacent to exhast outlets.
No shiny chrome to worry about. All satin paint.
Some parts Powder Coated.
Some parts Ceramic Coated.
Very easy to clean.
