Massive price reduction!!!!!
The bike attracts attention wherever it goes. Since completing the build I have been on a couple of check trips, one to Oxford and back and also to the 2019 Isle of Man TT. The bike performed better than I'd even hoped.

Here's a breakdown of some of the bits and pieces:
Initial donor bike was a white FMX 650 2007 with 10,800 on the clocks. After a test ride and purchase the teardown began.
FMX forks, triple clamps, wheels and brakes all discarded. Replaced with Aprilia SXV black nitrided USD forks, Ice Parts triple clamps and Renthal fatbars with spacers and clamps.
Beringer-Aerotech front supermoto racing brake and hard anodised black Marchesini race wheels, shimmed to suit Honda swingarm. Rear brake replaced with Nissin SXV slave and master with wavy Braking rotor. Tyres are tubless Continental Twinduro.
Rear shock replaced with Hagon custom unit.
Gear lever replaced with DEP quick shifter (instruction manual provided, currently set for 30 milisecond shifts, personal prefrence).
Battery replaced and upgraded to LI-5 Varley Red Top race battery, for light weight and compact size supplied with C-Tec Li charger and hard wired charge jack.
Exhaust custom built using stock headers, 2-1 and internally silenced Akrapovic titanium megaphone silencer. This gets extremely hot, see pics on the dyno in the dark!
Honda ignition and steering lock used to lock seat on subframe with red Motorsport push button start switch.
Carburettor replaced with Mikuni TM40 Flat Slide race carb with Samco inlet and RamAir filter.
Ducati Domino throttle and custom cable from Venhil, modified cam profile to suit.
Matching Beringer-Aerotech clutch perch and Venhil cable.
Petrol tank replaced with a new Honda NS125 tank with a reserve petrol tap and locking flush cap.
Seat custom built and covered with quilted alcantara and gel inlay.
Clip on pillion/ luggage tail (secured with a titanium pin from an RAF Tornado Jet).
Rear subframe custom designed and built. Secured using military aerospace grade titanium bolts.
Rear set mounts hand fabricated and hard anodized from a Boeing 737 wing spar web.
Rear padock stand brackets hand fabricated from 7075 aluminium from a Boeing 747, also hard anodised.
Custom steel paddock stand also included.
