Built for the 10th Bike Shed London show, the Grizzly's Evo Tracker.

Engine changes: Andrews EV46 cam, Wiseco K1665 pistons, larger stainless steel valves, head porting, and skimming to increase compression with thinner head gaskets. Andrews adjustable chrome moly pushrods, Feuling HP+ hydraulic tappets.
Gearbox changes: None
Clutch changes: Barnett extra plate clutch kit to deal with the extra power.
Carb/Air cleaner: S&S Super E.
Ignition: Daytona Twin Tec adjustable ignition unit. Set to single fire.
Exhaust headers/muffler: Bassani 2-into-1
Electronics package: Custom wiring harness. Direct starter solenoid button to forego more wiring.
Frame changes: Cut away lugs and mount points where the forward controls would have mounted. We also cut away the rear fender struts and replaced with a strengthened loop to support the custom one-off Storz-style tail section. Removed rear passenger peg mounts.
Yokes: CNC machined billet aluminium with a 31mm top tree and 35mm lower tree
Swingarm: Polished and pwdercoated stock.
Front wheel/tyre: RSD Morris Black Ops Wheel with Shinko 130/80-19 flat track tyre
Front brakes: Twin Beringer callipers and rotors, lever and master cylinder, plumbed in with Goodridge hoses.
Bars: Biltwell high tracker. Biltwell 1” risers.
Front suspension changes: We started with Aprilia upside down forks, but weren’t happy with the handling. We’ve swapped them out for an all black Öhlins FG433 fork assembly.
Rear wheel/tyre: RSD Morris Black Ops Wheel with Shinko 140/80-19 flat track tyre
Rear brakes: Performance Machine with Goodridge hose.
Rear suspension changes: Started with 444 Series Progressive shocks, but have switched to Öhlins Blackline for the extra travel and adjustability.
Chain/sprocket set: Tsubaki sealed O-ring steel chain with 40T rear sprocket.
Gas tank: Customised stock Dyna tank. We cut out the raised dash mount to keep the lines smooth and install the Newton Aero style filler cap.
