1992 Honda NX650 Dominator

I built this bike in 2020 mainly for the Malle Mile and Malle Beach race as well as some light green lane trails.

It was stripped to the frame and powder coated along with the wheel rims which were then relaced with stainless spokes.

All the following bearings were replaced, headstock, swinging arm linkage, wheels, swinging arm.

Both brake calipers were stripped, cleaned, painted and the pistons, seals, brake pads replaced along with Tsuboss wavy discs.

The engine was vapour blasted and painted, the valve clearances were done along with an oil and filter change as well as the spark plug and HT lead being renewed. a replacement CDI unit was installed as well as a new air filter. the carburettor was rebuilt with a full rebuild kit including the piston comp and air cuts. new lithium battery

A hoop was added at the rear of the frame with retro aluminium mudguards and a new headlight unit and small Shin Yo LED indicators.

A CG 125 tank was added with the paintjob seen in the pictures along with a new seat and footrests, side panels and fork gaitors.

A custom exhaust system was fabricated with stainless steel and new silencers.

The bike has done hardly any miles since the rebuild, around 500  and comes with a new MOT that expires in August 2024 and is in excellent almost as new condition.
